Absolutely not. Our winners are NEVER notified over social media.
They are notified by our sweepstakes agency, American Sweepstakes Company, via email and phone call.
If you were told you won one of our giveaways over any social media (Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger, Tiktok DMs, ETC.) you are being contacted by a SCAMMER.
Please block, report them, and email support@kdmapparel.com with any other questions.
How do I know how many entries I have?
Every $1 spent (NOT including taxes or shipping costs) is equivalent to 1 entry. If you spend $36, you have gained 36 entries.
If you are curious about your total entry count and you have made multiple orders you can log into your account at https://kdmapparel.com/my-account or email us at support@kdmapparel.com.
How do I know if my order is shipped?
If you have created an account with us, simply log in at https://kdmapparel.com/my-account and check the status of your order there. Otherwise, updates regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provided during check out.
